Returns & Refunds Policy We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery or pickup to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, please contact us at tahanis.gifts@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt or pickup. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Items that have been used, washed, or are missing original packaging
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, items must be returned and a new order placed.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
